DeguVino is more than just a wine event calendar. With DeguVino, you can create your sustainable, digital trade fair catalog in no time at all, address your target group of visitors, and enable your exhibitors to present their product ranges completely without paper and to accept orders.

Trade fair conditions
The prices for trade fair catalogs are composed as follows:
- CHF 325.- / Trade fair → Top event entry (up to 3 days)
- CHF 50.- / Day → From day 4
- CHF 45.- / Exhibitor*
Inclusive services:
- Unlimited number of wines per wine list
- Shop link feature in wine lists and/or order feature per exhibitor account / wine list
- All other features of the wine list for visitors
- QR codes for direct access to the exhibitor wine list
- 1 admin account
- Onboarding / Excel import and activation, support and content changes by DeguVino admin up to 3 hours, beyond that CHF 120.-/hour
Optional additional services:
- CHF 100.- / Push notification
- CHF 120.- / hour → Effort for data entry by DeguVino or development effort (e.g. interfaces)
* The fee is waived for exhibitors who have their own DeguVino annual subscription.

Entry in the wine event calendar
With the DeguVino app, you can reach your target group without wastage. Thanks to the integration of your trade fair into the event calendar, you benefit from the overarching advertising effect and the trade fair remains up-to-date throughout the year. All important information is visible for visitors: ticket link, opening hours, directions...
Exhibitor list
All your exhibitors receive their own account to record their wine list and exhibitor information. Vintage and assortment changes can be made in real time by the exhibitor or by you as admin.
Search filter & speed dial filter & export
Visitors can use the search filter to browse through exhibitors and their product ranges. With shortcut filters, your visitors can jump directly to the wines & favorites they have marked. Visitors can also export the wine lists and notes directly to Excel.
QR codes
Generate a QR code per exhibitor / stand to directly access the corresponding wine list. (If the visitor has not yet installed the app, they will be taken to the relevant app store.)
Admin account
With your trade fair admin account, you have full control over the exhibitor lists, stand information, ordering settings and trade fair information.
Transparent costs
There are no hidden costs. You pay the activation fee, the duration of the trade fair and the fee per exhibitor, as well as individual additional services.
Pre-mark wines
Using the bookmark icon, trade fair visitors can conveniently bookmark the wines they want to taste and then find the wines more quickly.
Save ratings
Using the 5-star rating system, visitors can quickly save their own rating during the tasting and find the wines again in “My Wines”.
Write notes
By clicking on the note icon, your visitors can save a tasting note for each wine. This can also be dictated using the voice feature of the smartphone.
My Wines
In “My Wines” you will find all wines with notes, ratings and bookmarks. Of course with sorting and search feature.
Organizer
Under the “organizer” menu, you will find all organizers of wine events, as well as all exhibitors of wine fairs. Clicking on the organizer will take you to their profile.
More sales for your exhibitors
With the order feature, your exhibitors can sell the wines directly via the app. The check-out for the user is sorted separately for each exhibitor. A shopping cart reminder is automatically sent after 3 days.
